Plural is seeking a leader with kind, vulnerable and clear communication skills who is ready to practice and lead within the values and mission of Plural. We are looking for a teammate with the following skills:
- Success in managing and leading teams, including a commitment to mentoring staff, clear communication, and vulnerable conversations.
- Managing multiple projects at a time, including all phases from concept design to construction documents and construction observation. With experience in putting together work plans, schedules and reviewing construction documents sets.
- Rigor in design exploration, iteration, and refinement. Including developing inclusive design processes that inspire and develop teammates’ design skills.
- Ability to work on a team and individually, including excellent organizational abilities and strength in both remote and in-person work models.
- Experience and success in construction detailing.
- Experience and success in supporting leadership in client communications and presentations.
- Experience and success in coordinating with subconsultants, including irrigation, civil, architecture, structural, MEP, joint trench and others.
- Fluency in AutoCAD including experience in compiling and managing drawing sets.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bluebeam and Bluebeam sessions.
- 3D modeling in Rhino or Sketchup.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience managing on-structure projects.
- Experience with Revit.
